First of all you must have to be organized and prepare an organized plan while going to give an interview. Prepare a paper work that contains the company’s name, the advertised position, the date you sent your resume. Your next step should be the posting of your resume on the different jobs. But it is to be noted that these job boards are not the most working way to get a suitable job because most of them are having only less than 3% of the effectiveness rate. However, you should use them. Use large job boards to put your resume and always use those job boards that match to your profession because many employers just focus on their search.

Be Your Own Career Coach

Posted by Nazia 1 February, 2010 (0) Comment

We all are great at giving advice to each other. However, we tend to listen to our own advice less. Why is that so? If we are acting like psycho therapist for our friends and families so than why can’t we act the same for ourselves and stop relying on others to give us advice. Your advice given to yourself cannot benefit anyone else as much as it can for you. So stop wasting your mind and words trying to steer others on to your track. Instead spend time and energy in listening to your voice, and trying to practice the right advice for yourself. Career Coaching

Listening to your own voice helps you a great deal while surfing through the phase of job and career walks. You tend to rely heavily on other’s advice when it comes to anything, and I mean anything in the working environment. You are so prone to listening to others and deafening your own voice that instead of acting like you would you start acting like other would in that situation.
