If you don’t like your current job then don’t be distressed you are not alone in such condition. According to surveys 87%  of Americans don’t like their jobs but they are stuck doing them. But hating your job can lead to hopelessness and depression.

Here are some tips to cope with a hated job:

  1. Find out why you hate your job. Several thing counts for disliking the job, like it can be because of the actual work, the environment, the pay, your boss or the people or a person at work. When you will find out the reason then it will be easy for you to find the solution for that.
  2. Transmit your issues to your boss in a positive manner. Before meeting your boss think about your approach and be prepared to offer solutions. Never complain or gossip about your co-workers. Because that will increase your problems later on, and your this step will be increasing more people against you on workplace.

Some times during our jobs, we come across  such coworkers who are really difficult to deal with.

How to deal with a difficult co worker

Here are some tips to deal with such difficult co workers:

  • First step is to try and find out what is the real problem, as the problem can be due to different reasons ranging from simple personality conflict to a manipulative or back stabbing situation. Having more knowledge about conflicted issue will help you to handle the situation in better manner.
  • If the situation is nothing more than anger or distress, or a co-worker who complains a lot or likes to gossip, limit your time with them. Only contact with such person when any work related task is required. If co-worker kept on criticizing you then calmly explain to them that it makes you uncomfortable and tell them to stop that.

  • I was bored up with the work and was looking for more challenges. As I likes to work in challenging place that’s why I haven’t wanted that my unhappiness to have an impact on the job I was doing for my employer.
  • There was not enough room for growth with my previous employer that’s why I was looking to move forward for a new challenge.
  • I was looking for a bigger challenge and I can not look for any other job in part time and also it haven’t seem me to use former employer’s working time.

Its unpredictable because even if interview went well, the final decision depends on other candidates also, as at the time of interview, you were not the only one present, there were other candidates also. Sometime there are more brilliant candidates than you and even if your interview went well you might not get the job.

They first and foremost thing you should do, after getting fired or losing job because of downsizing, is to go to your local unemployment office and apply. There you might be able to get unemployment compensation for months.

But if you quit your job then it will be hard for you to get any benefit. However, they might help you to write a resume and find a new job.

2 – Estimate the value of your finances

Make sure that after losing your job, you still have enough money for paying rent and buying food until you get any other job. Cut down you extra expenses because you don’t know when you will get a paycheck again. So start using your money carefully.

Look for any part time job before you get a full time job of your choice.

1 – Arrive In Time

Always get up early in the morning so that you can easily go for job early too. When you will leave home early, you will arrive at job on time. Lets say your job start at 9am even arriving 8:50am will create a good impression. Your boss will notice your interest and will realize that you are enthusiastic regarding your job. That is simple thing which every boss knows that an enthusiastic employee is much more productive than an unenthusiastic employee.

If your this doesn’t work, then the only one reason might be that your boss is consistently late leading to your efforts being unnoticed.

2 – Be Regular

Never take too many sick leaves. As nowadays a lot of people files sick leaves when there is pressure of work be sure that you wont be one of them. Bosses are not stupid and they know the people who fake sick just to avoid the work.

Only take a sick leave on that time when you really are sick.

Top 10 Bizarre Professions in History

Before the industrial era, when there was no electricity,  many jobs that now require no or little labor, were undertaken by humans. This list consists mostly of those jobs which are now extinct. In this list each job contains at least one strange element. As I enjoyed writing about these jobs, lets hope that you people will also enjoy reading it.

1 – Gong Farmer

Gong farmer or gongfermor was a person who removed human excrement from privies and cesspits in Tudor England. Gong farmers worked only at night and collected the human waste, taking it out from the city or town. They were only allowed to work at night from 9pm to 5 am morning.

Now as flushing water closets became more widely used, this profession has blissfully disappeared now.

In easy words it can be said that really was a shit job.

What’s your greatest strength? Or what’s your greatest weakness , both are the most common questions asked in most job interviews.

So what can be the best answer when you are asked in an interview about  your greatest strength? Well it is important not to boast about yourself too much and not to become so humble that the interviewer feels that you have lack of confidence.
