This question is important because there are also many other candidates who are eligible for that position. So answer the question that let the employer to pick you. You have to show them your skill and also to prove your abilities that can help them to choose you among many others. Explain everything that you can do in regard to the work you’ll be assigned and prove that you already have some know-how to handle this job.

Before going for an interview just write down the points which can help you to become an asset to the company.

The thing worth to mention here is that you are not showing them how you can do but it is also about explaining all that in interview. As communication skills are also required for jobs. Just relax and then think about the details. It’ll give them the feeling that their work is important to you so let them know all about your skills and eligibility for the position clearly and in detail.
