Monday Blues? How To Cope With It?
It is a fact that most of us dread going back to work on Mondays, and wish that somehow, by some magical means, Monday could be transformed into Saturday again.

This is basically because no one likes to go back to work after a nice and relaxing work, and work even more to cover up for the weekend that they enjoyed. Monday can thus be very stressful, leading to the highest incidence of work-related injuries on this particular day.
So, here are some things that you can do to make Mondays better for your mind and body.
1. Try to eat a healthy breakfast before going to work on Monday morning Have some juice, cereal, and take some type of protein, to maintain a normal blood sugar level, to keep you moving through the day.
2. Plan a nice social activity. Do something that you really enjoy so you look forward to it keenly.
3. Avoid doing a lot of chores on Monday evening, and try to relax instead.
4. Don’t go over schedule. Moreover, if it is possible, avoid setting urgent deadlines on this day and manage your work by spreading the workload throughout the week.
5. Wake up early and give yourself some extra time to get ready. If you arrive late on Monday, not only will your boss be cross, but you will be extra stressed the whole day leading to more misery.
6. Try to sleep in early on Sunday night in order to get up early the next morning.
7. Try to wind up any left over work on Friday if possible. This way, you won’t have to worry the whole weekend and will feel more relieved on Monday.
