Skills That Guarantees Better Job in UK
It is a fact that currently recession is at peak but on the other hand it is also a fact that in UK there are certain fields that lack expert individuals but these fields have better employment opportunities. Government of UK identified those fields that have better and bright career opportunities on long term basis rather than summer jobs for foreigner work force. This sponsorship of workers are approved and enlisted by the government in certain fields and these fields are lacking skilled workers while job opportunities are there in these fields. If anyone who is willing to do a job besides studies in UK can chose from these options:

Teacher’s Training:
Teaching career is one of the best options among all the options available for career change. Science and mathematics teacher are usually being south from many countries for UK but this doesn’t mean at all that this field doesn’t have more jobs for any other teachers. Within UK science teachers are in great demand and the residents of UK are getting tax free bursary payment £9,000 in 2010 only if that are getting trained to teach in any of these subjects: chemistry, physics, design and technology, ICT, manufacturing, mathematics, construction and engineering.

There is a great demand of veterinary surgeons in UK but this field is competitive for obtaining training and it needs 5-6 years of study and it is currently offered by six universities of UK.

There is along last career opportunities in geological science and ecology this is due to the fact that a threat of global warming is occurred to the world and responsible entities are in search for new resources for renewable power and energy and for that purpose skilled personnel are required. These job titles are on the UK list of skill shortage: geologists, geological engineers, hydrogeologists, geophysical specialists, geological advisors, geological analysts, geological associates, geophysicists, geoscientists, geosupport engineers, contaminated land engineers, geoenvironmental engineers, rock or soil mechanics engineers, landfill engineers, contaminated land specialist and geoenvironmentalists.
Jobs in Construction and Engineering:
Due to the world’s biggest event of sport that will be held in London in 2012 there is a great demand of professionals in construction and engineering. Although this demand sounds weird because there is recession and downfall of house building and buying but there is a great demand of individuals in these fields, civil engineers, including public health engineers, rail engineers, drainage engineers, structural engineers, water engineers, geotechnical engineers, tunnelling engineers, and even marine engineers. Due to the extensive market of geosciences and energy production there will be a great need for petroleum engineers and mining geotechnical engineers in UK.
Careers in Creative Industries:
Creative industry is also facing shortage of skilled personnel in orchestral musicians, classical ballet dancers and contemporary dancers where candidates can cater the standard that is required by worldwide recognized companies. There is also shortage of experts in film and computer gaming in these areas: animator, computer graphics supervisor, technical director, animation supervisor, VFX supervisor, modeler, rigging supervisor, rigger, matte painter, texture artist, compositing artist, producer, production manager, editor, R&D tools, R&D software, software engineer and system engineer.
General Expertise Deficiency and Training:
There is a long list of fields that are facing shortage of skilled individuals these fields include: chefs, pip welders, electricity transmission overhead line workers, care workers, sheep shearers etc.
Although it is a recession time in world but one can find better job just by little searching. By training job seekers can find better jobs for their selves with the identified skills shortages.
