Well its quite an ideal situation for those who don’t want to walk the ‘painful’ and ‘unbarring’ 4 year path for a formal bachelor’s degree and as if it wasn’t enough it had to be followed by 2-3 years work experience and last but not least a master’s degree. Because markets are becoming more competitive year by year than in the past. A formal bachelor’s degree is off no importance until it isn’t followed by a master’s degree. With vast volatility and changing environments one has become obliged to be an all rounder. Apart from knowing your side of the story you are regarded to know other fields of expertise too, one that is an all rounder will be preferred over the rest. However, there is still a niche market which has remained niche over the years; these markets don’t require any formal education, no degrees, maybe a certification. Managers usually work they way up, starting off at a humble and a minimal start. They have been flashed with numerous exposures to different phases of their job. And eventually end up with precious years of experience which one may not even achieve during the practical study and course work of college. These individuals are patient and work oriented. They know that the only way to climb the ladder is to stick to one company which will in the long run reward their efforts.

Public service jobs

There are public service jobs which can earn you some reasonable jobs. The only difficult faced here is that job awareness is low and once you do succeed in hearing about one, to get a hold on it is difficult. However, this maybe jobs which are highly unpredictable when it comes to ones’ safety and security but it dwells upon protecting the serving the public. Individuals who are moral oriented may tend to bend towards this line, and one can earn a decent amount. Usually training for specific combat is taught once you join. This too is a ‘climbing the ladder’ job similar to the above.

Computer – related jobs

Think off computers and you think of the drowning certifications and diplomas one has to do. But don’t worry there are jobs for our computer savvy where they might not be as qualified as an individual who has done his degrees, certification, equipped with experience. Now this is intimidating for our fellows who have nothing on the other hand. However, companies require computers and along with computers come personal management and care. Ordinary people working on these systems don’t have the time or patience to take care and manage their systems. This is where the following people step in:

Medical jobs

Now since every walk of life is appearing on this page. How could we forget the medical dreamers who for the name or the likeness of reputation it beholds? They too can obtain jobs which don’t require the so called rumored ‘10 year degree’ which saves time and money. However, they will be required to take some formal training and certification which can authorize them to practice.

Sales jobs

Now we have hit the jackpot. This is one job which requires no whatsoever degree, experience, skills or any sort of hi-five qualification. People in this job earn based on their commission. The higher the commission the higher the pay, apart from this they are paid a minimum basic pay. But the whole game revolves around that commission; you are competing against your fellow salespeople for it. However, it’s not everyone’s piece of cake and not all can handle the stress and the qualities one must possess in order to sell.

Skilled labor & specialized jobs

These people have shined bright as ever from yesterday and today and probably will for the rest of the living years on earth. No matter what happens these individuals will always be required. Because some of us are too darn proud to do the dirty jobs we shift it on towards individuals with low or no education. Usually the people of race and color are the victims of such jobs, but eventually tend to be much stable than the post of a C.E.O. Ironic huh!!!

    College degree or no college degree. There are
    hundreds, if not thousands of applicants for every job opening. Finding dissent employment in the US has become equivalent to hitting the lottery. It should be apparent that education is not the most heavily weighted factor in the employment equation. US policies such as outsourcing and immigration play dominate roles.
