Ten Steps to Conquer Your Interviewer
If you are going to give an interview then don’t confuse and be confident. You have to be determined about the goals you have set in your life to achieve regardless of the tough economical conditions. According to new book authors, I Hate People! Kick Loose from the Overbearing and Underhanded Jerks at Work and Get What you Want out of Your Job, in easy and simple terms it tells that: You don’t want to be hated but be liked. Here are ten easy and best ways to be impressive in your interview and to get the job you want to have:

1: avoid being Smiley Face:
If you keep an unwanted smile on your face during your interview then it would make an impression of nervousness and lack of confidence. Smiley face shows an insincerity and fakeness that your interviewer would judge immediately. You should be thoughtful and try to be pleasant throughout your interview that would be appreciated. Don’t smile without any reason and only smile if it is required and if you find to smile on. You can practice in front of your friend and mirror.
2: Avoid un-necessary subjects:
Knowledge about your favorite TV show and other thing that is unnecessary and useless in interview because only serious talks and things can lead you to get that job. Try to be serious ad try to speak about serious subjects that are solely related to the company where are you giving interview. It’s better to keep silence rather than talking about useless issues.
3: Avoid sweating:
Don’t wear under clothes that make you sweat in front of your interviewer. Sweat is counted as a sign of fear, weakness and nervousness. It’s better to practice a lot in front of your friends than to leave a nasty impression. Wear suitable outfit that don’t make you confused and nervous.
4: Use “Yes” instead of “No”:
Don’t use the word “No” in your interview if you re asked to do tasks that are challenging because if you say no to do challenging tasks then you will leave a weak and negative impression. Show yourself as a “be ready” to do any challenging thing.
5: Don’t hesitate:
Don’t ask useless questions to your interviewer about the location of meeting room etc because it leaves a negative impression of you on your interviewer. Don’t hesitate to take initiative and avoid asking stupid questions.
6: Don’t Lie:
Don’t exaggerate things as it counts as lie. Don’t stretch your resume and add things in that you can’t do and you didn’t do. If at any step during your interview, your interviewer found you lying then your all efforts ends in smoke.
7: Avoid bad jokes:
don’t crack senseless jokes and be sensible in front of your interviewer because it will leave a negative impression as it will show that you are an insensible person and you don’t know when to talk.
8: Don’t be high demanded:
If your interviewer asks you about the office and other facilities you want to have after your appointment then don’t be much demanded. Don’t tell your interviewer about the high list of things and air conditioned office.
9: Avoid being a Minute Man:
Don’t ask irrelevant questions to your interviewer because it would proof you to be a minute man. So don’t leave an impression of being a minute man always tries to ask relevant questions.
10: Don’t backstab:
Don’t ever try to talk negative about your previous employers and job because it would leave a negative impression.
