Circulating resume in different companies and firms doest not assure to capture a dream job in modern era’s competitive market. Most of employer’s only gives a short glimpse on resumes while having stack of cover letters and resumes to decide that which candidates to bring in for an interview.

So for applicants its necessary that before applying for jobs they keep one thing in mind despite from their skills and experience which they have in reality, those all qualities and experience should have been written on the paper in appropriate manner that a one glimpse of employer on your resume will show all your professional skills highlight. This for sure will increase your chances for the call of interview and once you got the call then it depends on your personal abilities to grab that job.

A career consultant Gail Geary says that sorting out the most relevant skills and experiences and then accentuating them in resumes and interview answers is the best method for facilitating late career shifts.

According to career advisors the resumes are containing a lot of information but the recruiters are not having enough time to go in details of individual’s resume details, they hardly haves 30 seconds to give a glimpse on it. So a candidate should put all his bio data in direct form so that the recruiter can follow it easily and your chances for interview get higher.

Before applying for any job its necessary that one should first check his resume writing skills. Because when you apply your resume hardly gets 30 second of viewing from recruiter. That’s why resume writing became a special skill because that provides you base to get job of your dream.
