  • Problems Developing Working Relationships

Your career will surely be in trouble if people don’t like to be around you. Avoid any bullying, isolation and excess criticism.

  • Lack of Follow-Through

People do notice when you act irresponsibly. So, people will avoid handing over any responsibility to you if you consistently forget to follow up on promises and don’t attend to important details.

  • Assuming Something Other Than Your Own Hard Work Will Take You Where You Want to Go

Don’t be over confident and lose your ambition to excel. You may relax by thinking that you will surely get promoted as all the important people are on your side, but people just want their work done and who ever does it better will get ahead.

So some self-checking to see whether you are really putting in the required effort or not. Ask your colleagues or friends about the areas you lack in. What you don’t know about yourself could definitely hurt you.
